Felt tip signature, “George W. Bush,” on an off-white 6.5 x 8.25 sheet, to which was later added a printed quote from his address to the nation on September 11, 2001. In full: “Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America.” In fine condition.
